Week 4 is here, and already, the Redskins will suit up against their third divisional opponent.

In Weeks 1 and 2, the Washington Redskins had a divisional back-to-back, first playing the Philadelphia Eagles on their turf, then coming back to D.C. to defend their own field against the Dallas Cowboys.

Both outings ended in decisive losses, and in Week 3, the Redskins botched a divisional break, falling to the Chicago Bears under the lights, by a score of 31-15. Oddly enough, the final score made the game seem closer than it actually was.

Since the first half of the Eagles game, the Redskins haven’t been competitive this season, but they’ll look to change that against a New York Giants squad that is a more comparable opponent, especially without elite talent Saquon Barkley on offense. But even without Barkley, the Giants are starting to find life. Daniel Jones had a debut for the ages in Week 3, and in Pat Shurmur’s offense, he could pose a threat.

If things get bad enough, this game could be the tipping point for Jay Gruden’s job security. But Gruden himself has no motivation to lose, and he’ll look to get his squad on the right track, a squad most of Washington’s coaches expected to be more competitive this season.

Either way, Sunday’s matchup between Washington and New York is a pivotal one, and you won’t want to miss one bit of the action. If you live in the northeast, or in the D.C. area, you’ll be able to watch the game live on television via Fox Sports. If not, you’ll still have the option of live streaming the game on your mobile device, with either NFL Game Pass or FuboTV.
