One doesn't have to look far in the media for speculation linking wide receiver Stefon Diggs with a move to the Washington Commanders. No concrete interest has been reported, but the Pro Bowler admitted to being intrigued by the possibility of playing close to home.
And according to the wideout's latest hint, he might not be coming alone in this scenario.
Another who is constantly touted by the media as an option, with little legitimate substance, is cornerback Trevon Diggs. Pairing the brothers up in Washington would be a dream come true for both. Whether the Commanders will make this a reality remains to be seen.
Stefon Diggs keeps dropping breadcrumbs around brotherly reunion with Commanders
Stefon and Trevon were spotted together recently. The fan broached the subject of what it'll take for both of them to land in Washington. The pass-catcher has been hearing all the chatter, and he also hinted that there might be more to say in the not-too-distant future.
"That’s what everybody is talking about right now. We gonna talk about it real soon though."

This is not the first time Diggs has been open about the possibility of joining the Commanders. They are reportedly looking for receiver help, and he is among the most productive remaining on the market. Now that his legal issues are behind him, it might not take much longer to find a new home.
There is the obvious cloud of Brandon Aiyuk's potential arrival to the Commanders at some stage. Diggs is available right now. And his arrival would not prevent general manager Adam Peters from signing Jayden Daniels' former college teammate when he eventually becomes available.
Trevon Diggs is a little more complicated. The defensive back turned from a Day 2 pick into an All-Pro under Dan Quinn during their time together on the Dallas Cowboys. When the coach left for Washington, his production fell off a cliff. Injuries didn't help, but the decline was alarming all the same.
Perhaps Quinn believes he can help the former Alabama standout get back to his old form. But he would need to fit into Daronte Jones' system as well.
There is interest from the Diggs' side. Nobody knows if the feeling is mutual. But at this stage of the offseason, there would be no harm in giving them a shot and seeing how things unfold.
Both come with baggage. Both have been cast aside. But the prospect of the brothers linking up on the same club could be the spark that ignites them to bigger and better things next season.
And if that happens in Washington, the Commanders would benefit greatly.
