The tank bowl commences later today, as the Redskins and Dolphins, both 0-5 through five weeks, are set to do battle.

There is some contrast between these two tanks, however. The Miami Dolphins were proactive in assuring that they would have a heavy influx of assets in the offseason of 2020, in order to catalyze their rebuild. The Washington Redskins foolishly clung to a false hope, that they could win in 2019. And now, they’re paying the consequences.

What’s best for the franchise long-term won’t be on the minds of players or coaches today, however, and it certainly isn’t ever on the mind of the front office denizens themselves. Today, the Redskins will look to put an end to their losing streak, and beat the hapless Miami Dolphins in a game only one team is trying to win.

If you desire to spend your Sunday afternoon watching this spectacle, you’ll be able to watch live on your television if you live in the local D.C. area. If not, you can use one of the readily available online streaming options at your disposal, including NFL Game Pass and FuboTV.
