2. Philadelphia Eagles (2-0)

The Philadelphia Eagles kicked off Week 2 on Thursday night with a win over the Minnesota Vikings. Although the final score only showed a 6-point victory (34-28) the Eagles completely dominated that game after the first quarter.

It was a slippery start for both teams with turnovers left and right, but ultimately the Eagles righted the ship and got going offensively. Fortunately, their defense also forced four Minnesota turnovers on the night. It is safe to say that this Eagles defensive front is going to be a problem for opposing teams all season long.

Come Christmas time, Eagles fans will be sending both Christmas cards and thank-you cards to every team that passed on Jalen Carter in this year's draft.

Kirk Cousins may have ended with over 360 passing yards and four touchdowns, but three of those scores came after the game was 27-7 in the third quarter. For the majority of the game, Philadelphia had their way against this Vikings offense.

A week after the offense looked questionable against the Patriots, the Eagles found their groove on the ground, riding D'Andre Swift to 175 yards on 28 carries. DeVonta Smith also had a big game through the air, catching four passes for 131 yards and a score.

Next week, the Eagles take on the 2-0 Tampa Bay Buccaneers in prime time on Monday Night Football.
