3. Washington Commanders (2-0)

Here we are with our beloved Commanders. This is as tough a division there is in football, right now. After two weeks, the NFC East has a trio of undefeated teams. It is difficult for the Commanders to feel like they deserve to be any higher than three out of four, here, though because of the two teams ahead of them.

Washington battled in Week 2 against a somewhat-resurgent Denver Broncos team. Russell Wilson looked more like the Russell Wilson of old, at times, and the Broncos put up 33 points of offense on the Commanders defense.

Fortunately, Washington played a balanced game offensively and quarterback Sam Howell led the team to a game-winning drive late in the matchup. Now, after that touchdown, the Commanders' defense had to hang on. The fourth quarter was a wild ride, with the Broncos scoring a field goal and a touchdown in less than five minutes.

Next week, we'll figure out what this Commanders team is really made of as they take on the Buffalo Bills, who are coming off a 38-10 routing of Las Vegas.
