Commanders WR Dyami Brown on Ravens' streak

Much has been made about the unbeaten record accumulated by the Baltimore Ravens during preseason games. It currently stands at 24 heading into their next outing at the Washington Commanders, who'll be looking to put on a good performance on national television in front of their home fans for the first time since Dan Snyder sold the franchise for $6.05 billion.

When talking about the Ravens' streak and how the Commanders are viewing it, wide receiver Dyami Brown stated via the team's website that the primary focus is on themselves and not on ending a pretty meaningless statistic when it's all said and done.

"We just want to go out there and show what we can do. We still have a lot of guys that can go out there and do some things and can prove themselves, even myself. But I think we just want to take this game, and we always wanna come out with a win, but at the end of the day, we just wanna show what we can do."

Sam Cosmi also came out recently and said that nobody cares about winning and losing in the preseason. This is a time for restricted scheme concepts and experimentation in terms of lineups, so just why everyone makes such a big deal about it is anyone's guess.

And yet, it would make the Commanders' win on Monday Night Football especially satisfying.
