Jayden Daniels gains 70 percent completion success

One of the biggest reasons behind Jayden Daniels' success through four weeks centers on his completion percentage. His poise in the pocket and supreme decision-making are akin to a polished veteran rather than a rookie. Kliff Kingsbury's masterful play-calling is helping a lot, but the signal-caller's rapid release and confidence in his progressions is a joy to watch.

Daniels' season completion percentage currently stands at 82.1 That's a remarkable number when one factors everything into the equation. However, matching this will be much more difficult against the Cleveland Browns.

Jim Schwartz is an experienced defensive coordinator. He'll have a plan to force Daniels into mistakes, relying on his explosive front seven and gifted cornerbacks to make life difficult. The former LSU sensation must be ready for anything and find a way to evade edge rusher Myles Garrett when he inevitably comes hoarding into the backfield.

If Daniels can achieve a 70 percent completion success in this one, it would be a tremendous feat. The Browns are currently allowing just 58.68% to opposing quarterbacks - ranked No. 2 league-wide - which is a strong indicator of the challenge facing the first-year pro this weekend.

Jayden Daniels connects with Dyami Brown for deep TD

Jayden Daniels won't have one of his primary weapons in the passing game to depend upon in Week 5. The Washington Commanders ruled wide receiver Noah Brown out of the contest, which leaves a gaping hole that must be filled following the recent arrival's impressive start to the campaign.

Brown's absence could mean another opportunity for Dyami Brown. The former third-round selection seems further down the pecking order than ever based on the opening four weeks. That could change this weekend thanks in no small part to his ability to stretch the field vertically.

Daniels and Brown connected on a beautiful deep ball during the preseason. His targets haven't been plentiful so far, but this might be something offensive coordinator Kliff Kingsbury can take advantage of. Give the Browns something they're not expecting, but only when the time is right.

If Daniels can find Brown for a deep touchdown pass, it'll be a massive confidence boost for both. It'll also send the fans at Northwest Stadium into delirium along the way.
