4 Commanders players with the potential to dominate in 2023

Terry McLaurin - Commanders WR
Considering the quarterback carousel undertaken by the Washington Commanders since Terry McLaurin was drafted, it's been remarkable to see such consistent numbers from one of the most underrated wide receivers anywhere in the league. And there could be even more to come from the Pro Bowler next season.
McLaurin's status as an integral member of Washington's long-term strategy is cemented. The Commanders now have Eric Bieniemy running the offense following his high-profile switch from the Kansas City Chiefs, which should be music to the wideout's ears based on the coach's track record.
If Sam Howell can provide more consistency at the quarterback spot, it's all systems go. McLaurin stands to benefit most and has already made his intentions clear about helping the signal-caller in whatever way possible within Bieniemy's creative scheme.
With three-straight 1,000-yard receiving seasons and 14 touchdowns during that span, McLaurin's production in the face of adversity has been nothing short of astonishing. But given the player's salary-cap hit is expected to soar to $24.1 million in 2024, he must continue producing like a borderline elite No. 1 wide receiver.
Something that looks entirely possible if Howell and Bieniemy both live up to their end of the bargain.
