Joshua Josephs - Commanders OLB
If you're getting a bit bored with seeing Joshua Josephs on this list almost daily, don't be. This is fantastic news for the Washington Commanders as the fifth-round edge rusher looks to make a bigger impact than expected in Year 1 of his professional career.
With Odafe Oweh and K'Lavon Chaisson both sitting out practice with injury issues that aren't considered too serious, Josephs once again got more reps with the first-string defense. And once again, he was among the genuine standout performers according to those watching on.
Josephs has the burst and length to make a real difference on the rotation. He's picking things up quickly, and the Tennessee product is causing problems for the offensive linemen with his burst to get around the edge.
These are all positive steps for Josephs, who already looks like he could be a big-time steal for the Commanders on Day 3 of the draft. There are still some things to work on regarding his hand placement and recovery techniques, but all signs are pointing upward.
Robert Henry Jr. - Commanders RB
After making a starring contribution in the Commanders' preseason win against the Miami Dolphins, there is real momentum building around undrafted rookie running back Robert Henry Jr. With a few veterans on the shelf right now, he's getting more opportunities to showcase what he could bring to the table.
Henry's chances of making the 53-man roster remain up in the air. He started from the bottom, but he is performing well enough to be considered if the same trend continues.
The UTSA product has elusiveness and the speed to break off big gains when creases emerge. There was a juke on Day 13 of training camp that drew widespread applause from the fans watching — another sign that Henry's self-confidence is booming right now.
Robert Henry Jr just hit a CRAZY juke after a catch from Jayden Daniels. I about fell out of my seat. #Commanders

Expect Henry to get plenty of work over Washington's final two preseason games. And if he performs well, don't be surprised to see his name on the roster heading into Week 1 against the Philadelphia Eagles.
Terry McLaurin - Commanders WR
Everyone knows what Terry McLaurin can do. The wide receiver remains among the best around, and there is a more relaxed feel around him this offseason without a contract standoff with the Commanders holding him back.
This has been reflected in McLaurin's performance levels. He's been sensational throughout training camp, driving his teammates forward and further developing his established chemistry with Jayden Daniels. And on the final day with fans in attendance, the former Ohio State pass-catcher showcased this to full effect.

McLaurin is a savvy route-runner who knows how to get open all over the field. He is incredibly difficult to cover, and Daniels trusts him fully in the biggest moments. Now that the Commanders have Stefon Diggs on the opposite side, it might even free up additional space to work with.
Things didn't go well for McLaurin last season. Based on his efforts over camp, the second-team All-Pro wideout is eager to make up for some lost time.
