As the Washington Football Team gears up for its Week 2 bout against the Cardinals, a new group of players demands attention.

Last week, our players to watch revolved around starters who haven’t yet proven themselves to be consistent. Now, with a week of football available to provide some context, we can move on to players who may be, situationally, very crucial in toppling the Cardinals and helping the Washington Football Team move to 2-0 on the year.

Defensively, Washington will have to keep Arizona’s vast allotment of playmakers under wraps, and correspondingly, there will be a need to keep up on offense.
