Mid-Tier Candidates

Kellen Moore (9 percent) the young offensive coordinator for the Dallas Cowboys and his innovative play calling is paying dividends for Dak Prescott and Ezekiel Elliott.

Kevin Stefanski (7 percent) is the Ivy League-educated offensive coordinator of the Minnesota Vikings’ prolific scoring machine.  He has been with the Vikings since 2006 in various offensive assistant positions.  He was promoted to the current position last year.

Byron Leftwich (4 percent) is slowly earning respect around the league as a good offensive mind.  He is the current offensive coordinator for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and could find a head coaching job in the not too distant future.

Bill Callahan (4 percent) is the interim head coach for the Redskins.  He may have a chance to stay in town, but Dan Snyder and Bruce Allen are probably ready to go in a different direction.
