Top Candidates

Nick Sirianni (17 percent) is the offensive coordinator for the Indianapolis Colts and has quickly transformed Jacoby Brissett into one of the best quarterbacks in the league.  The Colts are likely marching toward an AFC South title and possibly a deep run in the playoffs.

Urban Meyer (17 percent) coached current Redskins players Dwayne Haskins and Terry McLaurin at Ohio St.  He has won national championships for the Buckeyes and Florida Gators and has expressed an interest in coaching in the NFL.

Jim Harbaugh (16 percent) is the head coach for the Michigan Wolverines and was the head coach for the San Francisco 49ers a few years ago.  He took the 49ers to the Super Bowl and his Wolverines are a perennial power in college football.

Lincoln Riley (12 percent) is the current head coach at Oklahoma and his teams feature high powered offenses that often stifle the competition.  If Riley left Oklahoma after the 2019 college football season, it will take many millions to hire him.

Eric Bieniemy (12 percent) is the offensive coordinator for the Kansas City Chiefs.  His high powered offense has been the talk of the league in recent seasons and will be in high demand this upcoming offseason.
