Redskins: Three potential Trent Williams trade package ideas as deadline approach

The NFL trade deadline is just about two weeks away. The Redskins should consider trading Trent Williams, and here are some trade package ideas for them.

At this point in time, nobody knows what’s going to happen with Trent Williams. The veteran left tackle has been holding out from the Redskins since before training camp began. It seems likely that he won’t return to the team this season barring a change of heart, and he really wants the Redskins to move on from him.

That said, the Redskins front office hasn’t been willing to budge so far and grant Williams’ trade request. With the team well out of playoff contention at a lowly 1-5 after beating one of the league’s worst teams, Miami, by a single point, they are better served building for the future.
