Redskins vs. Buccaneers: Game preview, how to watch, and more
By Ian Cummings
The Redskins round out their preseason in Florida, in a game where players on the roster fringe will reign supreme.
The starters, despite their persistent ineptitude this preseason, will rest in Week 4, allowing the roster hopefuls to get their chance to shine. There are plenty of decisions still yet to be made, and many talented players will find their names not included on the final roster when cut day arrives.
The game starts at 7:30 PM, at Raymond James Stadium in Tampa Bay, Florida. This game will not be broadcast nationally. In the D.C. region, you can tune in to CSN Mid-Atlantic to get live coverage of the contest. If you’re a bandwagoner (just kidding, Washington bandwagoners don’t exist), and you live outside the local area, you can still use NFL Game Pass and FuboTV to watch the games live on your personal device. Redskins Radio has you covered on the airwaves.
The final preseason game is very important; It allows for bubble players to break onto the scene and make their case for a roster spot. There are plenty of players to watch on Thursday, but don’t just take it from me. Our site has already laid out plenty of pregame coverage for you to comb through, so you can know everything there is to know before the game.
