Many thought they'd make a bigger splash, others speculated about whether the Washington Commanders put all their eggs in one basket with Ben Johnson. But the deed has been done and none of that matters right now.

Adam Peters made no secret about his desire to secure a genuine leader of men for Washington's next head coach. The general manager believes he's found that with Quinn based on comments via FOX Sports. Something the front-office leader hopes can be the start of great things for the Commanders moving forward.
