John Lynch's glowing recommendation

Adam Peters has a fantastic reputation around the league. He's been part of two Super Bowl-winning franchises behind the scenes. If the San Francisco 49ers win it all this season, that would make it three after his sterling work alongside general manager John Lynch.

The Niners general manager gave a glowing recommendation where Peters is concerned. Lynch highlighted his tireless work ethic and commitment to excellence as reasons behind his potential to make his well-deserved promotion a success based on comments via the team's website.

"His core principles are extremely solid. His process is extremely thorough. He's a very bright guy. He really is. And he's a tireless worker. They [Washington] have a lot of work to do, but he knows that and he's eager and excited to get going. He's smart. I think when he advocated for a player, he did so, but he supported it really well. He had a good eye. Just the ability to communicate and tell them very bluntly, 'Here's what we're trying to do. Here's how we're trying to do it. You bring them in the process and tell them, 'Here's what we stand for.' I think it goes a long way. He'll have to even bring that to new heights in this role. But that's a lot of things. I keep going back to he really is prepared for the job. I think as prepared as anyone I know."

There is an immense level of excitement surrounding the Washington Commanders with Peters leading the charge. If they can secure their preferred head coaching candidate and solidify problem areas of the roster this offseason, chances of instant progress grow exponentially.
