Best NFL Prop Bets for Giants vs. Commanders in Week 11
By Jovan Alford
For the second consecutive week, the Giants are double-digit underdogs on Sunday as they go on the road to play the Commanders. This NFC East divisional contest isn’t the most appealing game on the Week 11 schedule, but bettors can still find some fun prop bets to put a wager on.
I found two Commanders props worth betting on and a Giants prop that involves their best offensive player.

Best NFL Prop Bets for Giants vs. Commanders in Week 11
- Sam Howell OVER 34.5 passing attempts
- Terry McLaurin OVER 59.5 receiving yards
- Saquon Barkley OVER 69.5 rushing yards
Sam Howell OVER 34.5 passing attempts
Howell has gone through his ups and downs as a full-time starting quarterback in the NFL. However, the young quarterback continues to show signs of what he could become in an Eric Bieniemy offense.
Bieniemy hasn’t been shy about letting Howell throw the ball, as he’s averaging 39.7 passing attempts per game. The former UNC standout is completing 66.5% of his passes, which isn’t bad for a quarterback with a high volume of passing attempts.
Howell will likely throw the ball a ton against the Giants on Sunday, who are allowing 237.3 passing yards (12th-most in the NFL) and 32.6 opponent passing attempts per game (13th in the NFL) this season. In the Commanders’ first matchup against the Giants, Howell had 42 passing attempts in a 14-7 loss at MetLife Stadium. Howell has gone OVER 34.5 passing attempts in seven out of his last 10 games, including his last four starts.
Terry McLaurin OVER 59.5 receiving yards
I always like to take McLaurin’s receptions prop when it sits around O/U 4.5, depending on the sportsbook. However, I’m switching it up and taking the OVER on his receiving yards prop for this week’s game.
McLaurin is coming off a quiet performance last week, where he had four receptions (eight targets) for 33 yards against Seattle. However, I don’t see the same script playing out on Sunday after McLaurin had six receptions (nine targets) for 90 yards in Week 7 against New York.
This season, the Giants’ defense is ranked 23rd in DVOA-WR1 and allows 92.8 yards per game to the position, per ftnfantasy.com. McLaurin has gone OVER 59.5 receiving yards in five out of his last 10 games.
Saquon Barkley OVER 69.5 rushing yards
There isn’t much to love about the Giants’ offense, especially with their inability to score points this season. However, bettors still should look to attack Saquon Barkley’s rushing yards prop as the offense will run through him.
In the first matchup between these two teams, Barkley produced 118 total yards (77 rushing) and a receiving TD on 24 carries. The star running back has gone OVER 69.5 rushing yards in four out of seven games. Barkley should have continued success against the Commanders’ run defense, which gives up 116.6 yards per game (12th-most in the NFL) this season. Washington doesn’t have Montez Sweat or Chase Young on their defensive line, so the Giants should look to run at them on Sunday.
