5 sneaky threats for the Commanders to worry about vs. Cardinals
The Commanders can't ignore these sneaky threats against the Arizona Cardinals in Week 1.

Commanders must contain Kyzir White (LB)
Nullifying L.J. Collier early will help the Washington Commanders get their hands on one of Jonathan Gannon's favorite proteges from his Philadelphia Eagles days, Kyzir White. The all-action linebacker is a natural on-field signal-caller capable of impacting every phase of an offense.
In Philadelphia, White mostly concerned himself with making plays to stop the passing game. Either by blitzing 20 times or by allowing a measly 42 completions from 65 targets.
White's proficiency in coverage is summed up by his allowing "fewer than 5 yards per target (4.9)" since 2020, according to Next Gen Stats.
The Cardinals have signed linebacker Kyzir White to a two-year deal (per @rapsheet).

White is the only player to be targeted at least 100 times over the last two seasons and allow fewer than 5 yards per target (4.9).@KyzirWhite8 | @AZCardinals pic.twitter.com/jIT4KDV89F
Sam Howell must keep White in his sights on every passing attempt between the numbers. Offensive coordinator Eric Bieniemy can't underestimate No. 43's range, smarts, and speed to close on a ball traveling through the air.
