Which Washington Commanders players find themselves on the hot seat for differing reasons entering Week 10 at the Seattle Seahawks?

If the Washington Commanders can come away from their trip to the Seattle Seahawks with another win, it'll change the dynamic further. Ron Rivera's men are agonizingly close to the wildcard spots, but a huge effort is needed to reach this particular landmark when one considers the team's strength of schedule before 2023 concludes.

Rivera and most others within the Commanders have a lot on the line over their remaining eight games. It won't be easy at Lumen Field, but Washington has a chance if they cope with such an intimidating atmosphere.

Confidence should be relatively high after last weekend's triumph over the New England Patriots. But unless key men step up to the plate, it'll be a difficult afternoon versus a team that also harbors hopes of making the postseason.

With this in mind, here are four Commanders players on the hot seat in Week 10.

Jamin Davis - Commanders LB

With almost no stable presence at the linebacker position aside from Jamin Davis, the former first-round selection must be at his best versus the Seattle Seahawks. Being disciplined and fast to identify running holes is the first big step, but the former Kentucky star must also provide an assured presence in coverage when called upon.

Communication is also going to be a critical factor in Davis' contribution. Lumen Field is loud and hostile, so making sure everyone is aware of their respective assignments is of critical importance.

If Davis can accomplish this along with others and also make some big plays, it'll do the Washington Commanders an untold amount of good in their quest to secure a fifth victory of the campaign.
