Mitchell Tinsley - Commanders WR

The Washington Commanders wide receiver group emerged from their joint practices against the Baltimore Ravens with a tremendous amount of credit. While John Harbaugh's men were dealing with some health issues across the secondary, it doesn't detract from how clinical most pass-catchers were in a pressurized setting.

Terry McLaurin, Jahan Dotson, Curtis Samuel, and Dyami Brown remain Washington's top four options and only enhanced their credentials this week. Lower down the depth chart, it was once again Mitchell Tinsley that stood out as he looks to defy the odds.

Tinsley is riding on the crest of a wave currently. The undrafted free agent is becoming increasingly difficult to ignore and seems to have a gift for making plays at will - something that was also evident against the Cleveland Browns when he brought in his only target for a decent 26-yard gain.

The former Western Kentucky and Penn State star deserves more involvement on Monday night. Tinsley's earned the right to showcase what he can do on the national stage and a good performance could potentially cement his spot on the Commanders' 53-man roster when push comes to shove.

This rags-to-riches tale involving Tinsley is rapidly becoming an inspirational one. And if he does make the roster, there will be nobody more deserving based on his outstanding consistency since joining the Commanders.
