3 bold predictions for Commanders QB Sam Howell vs. the Bills in Week 3

Sam Howell helps 2 WRs go over 100 yards
Sam Howell's production has been exactly what the Washington Commanders needed after so much inconsistency at the quarterback position throughout Ron Rivera's tenure. But those in power also did a nice job of surrounding their signal-caller with the best supporting cast imaginable.
Howell and Eric Bieniemy have been doing a fantastic job of spreading the wealth. No fewer than ten players caught passes during Washington's exceptional comeback triumph at the Denver Broncos, which is something that won't have gone unnoticed by Buffalo Bills head coach Sean McDermott during his game-day preparations.
When it comes to playing the better NFL teams, it might be worth Howell focusing more on getting his elite playmakers going. Terry McLaurin looks fully healthy after suffering a turf toe during the preseason, so this is likely to be Washington's focal point in key situations.
One could also argue that Jahan Dotson is due to have a big game. The former first-round selection was tipped by many as a genuine breakout candidate in 2023, which hasn't been evident over the opening stages of the campaign as the Commanders go for a more committee approach to their passing attack.
Big games call for big players. If Howell's distribution is up to the required standard, getting two wideouts over 100 receiving yards would be the best-case scenario as the quarterback looks to begin his NFL career 4-0 as a starter.
