The Washington Commanders fell to their third loss in a row in an extremely close loss to the division-rival Dallas Cowboys. They are now the seventh seed in the NFC and have a real chance of missing out on the playoffs. The team must get back on track against the Tennessee Titans.

On the bright side, the fantasy performances for several Commanders were much better this past week against Dallas. Although, a lot of that was due to an 86-yard touchdown at the very end of the game which should have brought the contest to overtime if not for a missed extra point by Austin Seibert.

The team wants to bounce back with a win and continue their fantasy success against the Titans this week. Here's who you should start or sit during the clash.

Commanders fantasy football starts and sits for Week 13 vs. Titans

Starts

Jayden Daniels

Jayden Daniels finished his fantasy performance last week as the QB1 with 32.4 points. He needed this in a big way after two down outings over the last fortnight.

Even with the big week, there should still be caution. The offense has shown signs of regression. If Kliff Kingsbury doesn't change something up, there could be more subpar fantasy efforts on the way.

With that being said, this is a great match-up for Daniels to continue his bounce back. The Titans are a bottom-12 team for fantasy points allowed to the quarterback position. Even with the down weeks, Daniels is still the QB4 of the year. He is still an electric player who can win you fantasy games with just his legs.

Start Daniels as a high-end QB1 this week.

Brian Robinson Jr.

Brian Robinson Jr. does not carry an injury designation going into the game, so it looks like he is good to go.

The Titans are middle of the pack when it comes to fantasy points allowed to the running back position. However, with Austin Ekeler on injured reserve with a concussion, Robinson may be in for even more work this week.

When Robinson gets a full workload, the chances of him getting a touchdown are high. Start him as an RB2 this week.

Terry McLaurin

There is some reason to worry about Terry McLaurin for fantasy purposes. If it wasn't for an 86-yard touchdown late on, it would have been a bad fantasy performance for the second week in a row. The way Kingsbury runs this offense is hurting the wideout's usage.

To make matters worse for McLaurin, the Titans are allowing the third least amount of fantasy points to the wide receiver position.

McLaurin is still a top receiver in the NFL and the WR4 on the season. His talent can prevail over a bad offensive scheme. Let's hope Kingsbury gets a little more creative with Washington's most prolific pass-catcher from here on out.

Temper expectations for McLaurin, but still start him as a WR2.

Zane Gonzalez

With Seibert going to injured reserve, Zane Gonzalez will be the Commanders' kicker for the foreseeable future, and maybe for the rest of the season after the incumbent starter's abysmal kicking job against Dallas.

This offense gets into enemy territory rather easily, it's just a matter of punching drives in for touchdowns that the offense can sometimes struggle with. This leads to easy field goals.

Commanders defense

The Commanders' defense proved that even in an easy match-up, they still allow a lot of scoring to go on. However, let's not hold it too much against them. The Titans offense with Will Levis commits a ton of turnovers and is the best match-up for fantasy defenses.

Start Commanders defense this week.

Sits

Jeremy McNichols

Jeremy McNichols should assume some of Ekeler's workload. However, I don't see the Commanders playing from behind much in this game. That means Robinson will likely carry much of the rushing load.

Keep McNichols on benches this week unless in need of a desperate start.

Zach Ertz

Zach Ertz has been amazing for fantasy purposes the past couple of weeks. That production might not be sustainable. Both weeks he had at least seven targets and a touchdown. For context, he only has three scores on the season.

The Titans defense is also a tough match-up for tight ends. They allow the eighth least points to the tight end position. Keep Ertz on benches this week.

Noah Brown

Noah Brown's production has been way too inconsistent to be worthy of a start against a tough Titans secondary.

Keep Brown on benches and waiver wires this week.
