Keep up to date with all the comings and goings surrounding the Washington Commanders during what’s sure to be a busy period of free agency in 2023.

One of the most exciting times of the NFL offseason is upon us. Legal tampering can officially begin around the league on Monday ahead of free agency, which is a chance for the Washington Commanders to bolster their options in the hope of making another playoff push next season.

It’s been a dramatic off-season period for the Commanders already. The obvious cloud of Dan Snyder could be gone by the time competitive games roll around, with the addition of Eric Bieniemy to the coaching staff adding another fascinating layer of intrigue.

Washington has around $16.57 million in available funds right now. This could go up if certain contracts are restructured, which would allow those in power to fill needs effectively and give themselves a little extra freedom leading into the 2023 NFL Draft.

Some fringe players and special teamers have already been tied down to short-term deals. Washington also made their intentions clear early on regarding Daron Payne, who was given the franchise tag to prevent him from testing the open market.

There will be a lot to take in over the next few days. We’ve got you covered with this live free-agent tracker to keep fans well-informed of transactions as they happen.
