1. Week 18 vs the Dallas Cowboys

Its admittedly difficult to predict this game four weeks out.

On one hand, the Cowboys could have the No. 5 seed wrapped up and could rest their starters. On the other hand, Dallas could beat Philly at home in Week 16, which would give them a chance to nab the No. 1 seed, however unlikely, if the Eagles slip up again.

It would obviously help if Dallas rested their starters, but Washington should focus on what they can control: winning the game. Assuming they’re not locked into the sixth seed — meaning they can’t rise or fall in the standings regardless if they win or lose — the Commanders will treat this like any other game.

The Cowboys have played down to their competition for three weeks running, and were lucky to scrape by the Texans in Week 14. If Washington catches them sleeping — easier said than done in a rivalry game – an “upset” could brew at FedEx Field.

The Commanders played Dallas tough at home last season, and this is a different team compared to the one that lost to Cooper Rush in Arlington.

Prediction: Commanders 21, Dallas 20

Giants rest starters
