1. The Reality Is, these teams are each other’s doppelgänger.

Both the Commanders and Giants are well-coached. Both teams have a quarterback hoping not to be looking for a new team this offseason. Both teams are run-first on offense and pretty nasty in the trenches. Both teams lack offensive consistency. Both teams have banked seven wins and face the opportunity over the next three weeks to nearly cement themselves into the playoff picture.

The Commanders have the better pass-catchers. New York has the superstar running back. Washington’s defensive line has made a leap from last year. New York’s offensive line has made a leap from last year.

Yet again, Washington faces a team against which they are evenly matched. Which team will limit mistakes, make the key plays, and get that one key bounce or call? That, it certainly seems, will be what decides who wins on Sunday in New York. I, for one, am just happy the #Dubs are playing meaningful, playoff-atmospheric games in December. Lets see if they can keep the run going.
