2. Dyami Brown

Fans might be reluctant to trade Brown after his surprising two-touchdown performance against the Titans in Week 5. Though encouraging and offered a glimpse into what Brown can offer as a No. 4 receiver, there’s an extensive need for wideouts around the league. Equally important is the fact one blow-up game doesn’t change the fact that Brown has disappointed as a 2021 third-round pick.

In the game, Brown caught 2 of 4 targets for 105 yards and two scores, giving him three catches for 111 yards for the season. In Weeks 1 and 2, Brown played a combined four offensive snaps and he only played three snaps in Week 6 against the Bears — one week after his two-TD performance — despite the fact Jahan Dotson was out due to injury.

In 21 career games, Brown has 15 catches for 276 yards and two TDs, meaning nearly 37% of Brown’s career receiving yards came in one game.

And has anyone noticed how often he’s on the injury report? Don’t get caught up in the hype after one game, folks. At best, Brown will be fourth on the WR depth chart and he’s still competing with Cam Sims and Dax Milne for snaps.

With his value the highest it’s ever been, it wouldn’t be shocking if the Commanders shop him leading up to the Nov. 1 deadline.
