3. The Reality Is, weapons matter.

As much as Carson Wentz and the offensive line both struggled the last two weeks, the impact of losing Jahan Dotson and Logan Thomas for those games was significant. It’s hard to imagine the end of the Tennessee game going the same way if both of those players were available at the goal-line to finish the game.

Missing Thomas and JD McKissic down the stretch in 2021 contributed to Hienicke’s late-season struggles, too. If either or both of them is back and able to play Sunday against the Packers, it will be a massive boost to an offense that needs to start clicking immediately if they aim to salvage meaningful football from the wreckage of this terrible start to the season.
