Dallas is riding high after picking up two straight wins with Cooper Rush at quarterback, but there are a few reasons to feel confident picking Washington to upset the Cowboys in Week 4. Currently, the Commanders are 3-point underdogs, but I sense a win coming. Before we get into why, let’s first make sure you’ve utilized BetMGM’s incredible $1,000 free bet offer this week.

That being said, we’re going to win – just like the Commanders. Here’s why I like Washington in Week 4:

3 Reasons the Commanders Will Upset the Cowboys

Offensive Playmakers

Despite their ferocious pass rush, the Cowboys are liable to give up a big play every now and then. Between Terry McLaurin, Jahan Dotson, Curtis Samuel, and Antonio Gibson, Washington certainly has the playmakers to take advantage.

Scary Terry, in particular, is a huge play waiting to happen and I like his chances to break one off against Dallas.

Disrupting Defense

The Commanders haven’t looked great defensively, but the team still ranks 10th in sacks per game and should take advantage of Cooper Rush’s deficiencies.

I’m a believer in Washington’s defense. It should successfully contain Tony Pollard and Ezekiel Elliott, forcing Rush into making plays he isn’t capable of making.

Dallas is Due for a Let-Down

This is the perfect buy-low, sell-high opportunity. The Commanders aren’t as bad as they’ve looked, and Dallas isn’t as good as it’s looked. In the Cowboys’ last six games as home favorites, they’re just 3-3 outright.

Meanwhile, Carson Wentz’s specialty is striking when folks believe in him the least. Washington is 2-1-1 against the spread in its last four games as road underdogs, and the Commanders are catching too many points for how small the talent gap is between these teams.

If you like the value on Washington to deliver a huge upset win, then don’t forget to claim your $1,000 free bet from BetMGM before it’s too late. A $1,000 bet on the Commanders at +140 odds would profit $1,400, so sign up for BetMGM now to snag your share of the winnings.
