1. Kelvin Harmon

So many Commanders fans want to see Harmon make the team, but that’s no guarantee now that the team is stacked at receiver.

The first four spots are seemingly set in stone with Terry McLaurin, Jahan Dotson, Curtis Samuel and Dyami Brown, and you have to think Cam Sims has a leg up on the remaining candidates given his experience in Scott Turner’s offense.

A sixth-round pick out of North Carolina State back in 2019, Harmon’s career has come to a standstill after a promising rookie year. In 16 games (eight starts), he compiled 30 catches for 365 yards; good for 12.2 yards per catch.

Since then, Harmon hasn’t appeared in a regular-season game and has bounced around Washington’s practice squad. An ACL and LCL tear suffered in June of his sophomore year proved to be a devastating blow and Harmon, though fully recovered, hasn’t gotten his career back on track since.

There’s a chance Harmon squeaks out a roster spot but he’ll have fierce competition in Sims, Dax Milne, Alex Erickson and Marken Michel.
