Defensive Back. Washington Commanders. Kyler Gordon. 47. player. 58.

Kyler Gordon placed in the 75th-percentile in coverage grade, allowed completion percentage, and as a run defender, according to Pro Football Focus. He’s played snaps at outside corner, slot corner, and even some snaps in the box and along the defensive line.

One of the most consistent players in college football last season had to be Washington’s Kyler Gordon. Someone that translates to a slot defender at the next level, Gordon could immediately slide in and contribute for the Ron Rivera-Jack Del Rio defense.

With position-flex being key for Ron Rivera in addition to consistent improvement year-to-year when looking at prospects, Washington’s Kyler Gordon is not only a good fit for the Commanders, but it fits the mold for what Rivera is looking for in a prospect.
