It’s officially put up or shut up time for the Washington Football Team after they fell to 1-2 in humiliating fashion against Buffalo in Week 3.
Luckily for Washington, they have a get-right game vs Atlanta this weekend. The only problem? The Falcons are fresh off beating the Giants and the WFT needed a Dexter Lawrence offsides penalty to squeak by New York in Week 2.
We like to think the Football Team is better than Atlanta, but only time will tell. In the meantime, let’s prepare for that must-win game by taking a gander at what Vegas is saying about Washington’s chances to get back on track.
Washington vs Falcons Odds Week 4
WynnBET’s Week 4 NFL odds have Washington has -120 favorites on the money line (bet $120 to win $100). The Falcons check in at +100 (bet $100 to win $100). On the spread, Ron Rivera’s side is -110 to cover -1.5 (win by two or more). The over/under for Sunday is set at 48.5 points, with both sides getting -110 odds.
Washington vs Falcons Prediction Week 4
We’ve been absolutely burned by Washington this season, but we’re backing them to bounce back this weekend. If not now, then when? With their season on the line, the urgency will be contagious and we believe the Falcons’ win over the Giants was more about New York being bad than Atlanta being a respectable team.
Look for Taylor Heinicke to bounce back after a rough showing in the first road start of his NFL career. The defense can’t perform any worse than it did vs the Bills, so we’re expecting them to make a statement on Sunday, too.
Washington 28, Atlanta 20.
