Offensive Line (9): Charles Leno Jr, Wes Schweitzer, Chase Roullier, Brandon Scherff, Samuel Cosmi (R), Cornelius Lucas, Ereck Flowers, Saahdiq Charles, Tyler Larsen

From left to right, Charles Leno Jr, Wes Schweitzer, Chase Roullier, Brandon Scherff, and Samuel Cosmi go into the year as expected starters. Cosmi will need to show consistent improvement in order to properly fill the starting right tackle role after reportedly struggling early in camp.

Saahdiq Charles, Ereck Flowers, Tyler Larsen, and Cornelius Lucas are the primary reserves off the bench.  If any of the expected starters were to miss time because of injury or illness, the quality of play shouldn’t drop off that far with this type of versatile depth.

The two familiar faces that miss out on this prediction include center Keith Ismael and guard Wes Martin. Both could conceivably make the final roster when the time comes, but it is the opinion of this writer that neither can be trusted to consistently provide the necessary protection required of an efficient offense.
