Additional Thoughts

The Washington Football Team will need to decide soon on a new site and design.  Yes, 2027 is six years away, but the planning and procedural steps take time and the clock is ticking.  Dan Snyder and his advisors will need to have all of their plans submitted and approved within the next year or less.

National Harbor offers the best overall location.  It is a picturesque part of the region and existing infrastructure is simply a bonus.  A stadium with a retractable roof offers the best venue for 2027 and beyond.  The organization should move to make it all happen.  Again, time is of the essence and they can’t afford to push the solutions much further into the future.
