Ryan Fitzpatrick

To me this is a no-brainer for how valuable Ryan Fitzpatrick is to this Washington Football Team regime heading into the 2021 NFL Season.

Now with his ninth team in the 16 seasons he has been in the NFL, Fitzpatrick brings, without a doubt, the most veteran experience that anybody on the Washington Football Team has.

Fitzpatrick is that locker room guy that people look to for a joke, but also his leadership skills. Those skills are not only shown in his ability to never give up and to keep going in the NFL, but are also easily contagious to his teammates.

Fitzpatrick can be a great mentor to Taylor Heinicke as well as Kyle Allen, and possibly to the quarterback the Washington Football Team might grab in the 2022 NFL Draft.
