The Washington Football Team, as a whole, has a lot to prove this year. However, that is especially true for three particular players.

Every year, there are certain players on every team that have to prove themselves. There are multiple reasons for a player to need to prove something. It could be that the player is in the last year of his contract, or it could be that the player has not played up to a certain standard and needs to bounce back. This is no different with the 2021 Washington Football Team.

There are multiple players who fit this bill. Whether that be to prove that they deserve a roster spot, contract extension, or that they won’t be a cap casualty soon, the three players listed will need to step up for Washington this year.

As Washington continues to improve and add more competition, that just means that veterans will need to stay on their toes. As the release of Morgan Moses proved, no old regime veteran is safe. Well, other than Terry McLaurin and the defensive line.

With that said, let’s dive into the three players with the most to prove for the Washington Football Team in 2021.
