Pick 240: William Bradley-King- Defensive End

Prediction: Rotational Backup

Predicted Stats:

  • Tackles: 9
  • Sacks: 0.5

William Bradley-King is coming into potentially the best defensive line room in the league. Being a 7th-round pick, WBK will have to really earn his spot on the final roster. However, this positional group does need some added depth. Bradley-King is a little undersized but has great burst and positional flexibility. The downside to his game is that he can sometimes be inconsistent and can be knocked back easily due to his lower weight. WBK will be a situational pass-rusher this season and let the starters get breathers during games.

Pick 246: Penn State EDGE/LB Shaka Toney

Prediction: Rotational Backup

Predicted Stats:

  • Tackles:12
  • Sacks: 1.5

Shaka Toney is an interesting prospect for Washington and he will beat out Casey Toohill for the last spot on that defensive line. Toney has fantastic burst and a twitchy style of play. Also, because of his speed, Toney could even make it as an OLB on the squad if the coaches choose that for him. Just like Bradley-King though, Toney is a little undersized and can get caught up in a single block. However, I think Toney has a lot natural ability and will fit in nicely as another situational pass rusher and as a special teamer.

Pick 258: Brigham Young WR Dax Milne

Prediction: Cut

Predicted Stats:

  • N/A

Milne had a nice season at BYU serving as the top pass-catcher for number two overall pick Zach Wilson. However, with all of the offseason additions, the wide receiver room is very full. Milne has the ability to make an NFL roster and will probably get claimed somewhere else. If he clears waivers though, I expect the Washington Football Team to stick him on the practice squad.
