Additional Thoughts

Analyzing the Washington Football Team rookies from 2020 through this re-draft exercise produced four keepers and four replacements.  Two players that were replaced will continue to prove that they belong with the Burgundy and Gold.  Saahdiq Charles and Khaleke Hudson are solid draft picks and should have good futures in Washington.

That leaves Antonio Gandy-Golden and Keith Ismael as two players who need to demonstrate in OTAs, mini-camp, training camp, and preseason that they should remain with the team.  It will be an uphill battle for them, but competition at each position can only make the team better.  This re-draft exercise simply proves that Washington enjoyed a very successful 2020 draft.

In the coming days, we will return to our analysis of each unit. The next group of players that we will examine will be the linebackers.  Also, there will be a quick look at any remaining free agent targets and how they could fit in with the Washington Football Team.  And yes, we will have a 2022 mock draft, but it will be short and simple.  See you as we go along.
