Remember all that clamoring for an offensive tackle in the early rounds? The Washington Football Team listened.

Or at the very least, they felt the same way.

It was all a matter of value, of course. Had the board fallen a different way, the Washington Football Team might have chosen a different player at No. 51 overall. But as it turned out, potential first-round pick Samuel Cosmi was still available at that point. And his presence made the pick an easy one for Ron Rivera and company.

In Cosmi, the Washington Football Team gets an enticing physical specimen with immense growth potential. But what specifically is it about his game that makes him so exciting? And where specifically must he improve in the NFL, if he wants to reach his peak potential? Those are the questions we’ll take a closer look at, in our film analysis of Texas OT Samuel Cosmi.
