The 2021 NFL Draft will conclude on Saturday afternoon. So far, the event has been pretty kind to the Washington Football Team. With their first four picks, they have been able to add talents on both sides of the ball.

Jamin Davis figures to be an impact player for their defense right away. Samuel Cosmi could be a long-term starting tackle option for the team. Benjamin St-Juste has a 6-foot-3 and a lot of upside. And Dyami Brown is a speed threat that will add a new element to the team’s offensive attack.

Yes, things are looking pretty good for the Washington Football Team. But there’s still time to make things even better.

Washington Football Team Day 3 targets

As Day 3 of the 2021 NFL Draft draws nearer, there are plenty of players that Washington could target to their team. They still have a handful of needs that they could plan to address, the most glaring of which is at the safety position.

But in addition to the safety spot, Washington could opt to add some more talent at linebacker, some depth on the edge of their defensive line, a No. 2 tight end to pair with Logan Thomas, some depth at running back, and potentially another quarterback to compete for a roster spot. It will be interesting to see how they attack the final day of the draft and what needs they will have remaining when the dust settles.

With all that said, here’s a look at one prospect at each position that the Washington Football Team could consider drafting on Day 3. We’ll start things off on the offensive side of the ball.
