2021 3-round NFL mock draft: Washington Football Team adds a QB

5. Cincinnati Bengals: LSU WR Ja’Marr Chase

The Cincinnati Bengals are situated in a great spot. There’s a chance that, as in this mock draft, four quarterbacks go in the top four picks. That would leave the Bengals with their top choice of either an offensive weapon or an offensive lineman.

The main discussion thus far this offseason has revolved around Ja’Marr Chase and Penei Sewell, and for me, it’s around 50-50. I’m a big fan of both prospects. Sewell would give Cincinnati’s offense a massive boost, but Chase provides an elite boundary weapon with pre-existing chemistry between him and Joe Burrow.

I’m going with Chase here, with the hope that we can fill the need at tackle later on.
