21.  New Orleans Saints (via IND): Notre Dame LB Jeremiah Owusu-Koramoah

In the past, the New Orleans Saints have been comfortable trading up for players they want. On the flip side, the Colts often trade down to accumulate more overall value. Thus, this seems like a rather feasible trade deal. The Saints ship their second-rounder and their No. 28 overall pick to the Colts, but it’s worth it, as they get their desired linebacker in the 2021 NFL Draft.

The Saints have needs at linebacker and in the secondary, and if they play their cards right, Jeremiah Owusu-Koramoah can fill both of them. Owusu-Koramoah is an elite player in coverage, who has the aggressiveness and instincts to constantly be a playmaking force. He has underrated density for his size, and at the NFL level, he projects well as a versatile, explosive difference maker.
