The Washington Football Team is nearly one week away from the 2021 NFL Draft and the process of rebuilding the roster will continue.

The 2021 NFL arrives later next week!  Wow!  We’re almost there and the Washington Football Team will be adding several new players to the roster.

Many mock drafts have been published over the last three months and we still have more to come, but we’ll be talking about who will be on the roster of 53 before you know it.  We’ll have new players to support and cheer for in just a matter of days, weeks, and months.

The Washington Football Team will enter the 2021 NFL Draft with eight selections and will look to continue a rebuild that began during the 2020 offseason.  If any trades occur, the front office could accumulate more picks if they trade down or fewer selections if trades are made to move forward.  Once the draft begins, anything can happen in a three-day gathering that is forecasted to be very unpredictable.

Today, we will make an attempt to predict what Washington could do for all three days.  The final few rounds will feature trades.  Soon, we will feature a mock draft that features trades in the early rounds.

Thank you for following along with the either/or mocks, positional mocks, and offensive and defensive mocks.  We never featured any trades with each of those series and the remaining mocks from yours truly will now feature trades only.

Team needs include offensive tackle, linebacker, tight end, and free safety.  It is a safe assumption that each of these positions will be addressed in the earlier rounds and that will be reflected in this mock.  Let’s get right to it!
