The Washington Football Team has moved at a measured pace in free agency, but the signings have been with an amazing precision that has analysts praising the organization.

Welcome to the new NFL season and free agency!  The Washington Football Team was slow to start their 2021 roster-building process earlier this week, but the results have been impressive.

The front office added quarterback Ryan Fitzpatrick, cornerback William Jackson, wide receiver Curtis Samuel, and several players who figure to add depth to the team.  Washington has also re-signed several key players thus far.

Will there be any other additions, releases, or contract changes/restructures?  The initial burst of free agency now gives way to the next wave of off-season roster adjustments and a major focal shift will occur toward the upcoming draft later next month.

As Washington continues to assess the roster and make changes as needed, we’re going to give you the second comprehensive free agency update today.  The first update came to you in late January and this is our second comprehensive update.  We will have one more later this summer and it will include all of the changes and new draft picks.

For today, we will have some brief descriptions of the new players and try to forecast what could happen with the remainder of free agency.  The Riggo’s Rag team will continue to monitor each change during the offseason, but feel free to come back here to get a comprehensive look when you feel the need to do so.

This is a free agency blueprint that you can use with your own tracking and it should allow you to stay updated with all of the off-season activity.  It’s time to jump right into our latest update to the free agency outlook and blueprint.
