The buzz over the past couple months has suggested that Justin Fields might drop in the 2021 NFL Draft. In fact, it’s even gotten to a point where Fields might be the fourth quarterback selected, behind Zach Wilson and Justin Fields.

I’m still not convinced, and I think there are enough resources out there for the NFL to come back around on Fields. He’s an incredibly talented signal caller, who took over a few games in 2020 with his athleticism, natural accuracy, and arm talent. In my opinion, Fields is QB1 in a Lawrence-less year, and he shouldn’t drop out of the top five.
