Here’s another nugget from my early draft rankings. Jaycee Horn is my CB1. It’s important to note that he, Farley, Surtain II, and Ifeatu Melifonwu are all within ten spots of each other. But Horn is the top dog. And he plays like it.

That’s the primary reason why I made Horn my CB1. He’s a very good athlete along with the rest of them, and he presents the best blend of athletic and mental traits. He fights every opponent he faces, and he has tone-setting potential on defense. For the Colts, who could use more proactive playmaking on the boundary, Horn presents an exciting, scheme-diverse talent.
