Predicting all 32 starting quarterbacks in 2021, including Washington’s QB

If you read far enough, you will see who I am predicting will be playing quarterback for the Washington Football Team on opening day, 2021. And if you want to just jump ahead, I’m OK with that. It comes just before the end.

But if you have a few extra minutes to kill, you also get to see who I am predicting will be the opening day quarterback for the other 31 NFL teams in 2021, besides the Washington Football Team.

Now, I will say right up front, this is all conjecture. The first draft of this had a glaring error based on my misreading of a certain situation up in New England.  This is a prediction on the eve of free agency. A big trade or big signing could blow it all up. Still, I like getting this all down in print. I figure a lot of people will kill me for all the silly leaps of logic I take here. But I expect that with almost anything I write. By picking all 32, I’m also going to get a lot of them right.

And trust me, you will be hearing about that down the road. If I even hit on one of my longshots, I’m going to be like that golfer buddy of yours: “Sure, I shot 105, but that beautiful five iron I hit on 14 – let’s just talk about that for next hour.”
