Predictions 1-3

Prediction 1

Yes, it was claimed that Ryan Anderson would finally have a breakout year and be voted as a Pro Bowl alternate.

Ugh!  Not even close.  Anderson had almost no impact in 2020 and he is unlikely to return for another season in a Washington Football Team uniform.  He is simply not a good fit in Jack Del Rio’s 4-3 defense.

Prediction 2

This is not pretty.  The second prediction had Geron Christian solidifying his hold on the left tackle position and being named as a Pro Bowl alternate.  Uh, not even close.  Riggo’s Rag contributor Jacob Troutman offered this assessment of Christian’s poor 2021 season.

Christian will be going to the final year of his rookie contract in 2021.  Could a move to guard kick-start his career into a higher gear?  The injury bug affected Christian in 2020, but the hope is that he can remain free of injuries in 2021.

Prediction 3

Our third prediction wasn’t overly bold, but it did put forth a forecast that said Bryce Love would enjoy a moderate degree of success in 2020.  It was based on the reports that Love could be available by mid-season, but he never saw the field in 2020.

Love could still be retained during the offseason to see if he is truly ready in 2021.  Otherwise, it is time to move on.

The first three predictions were absolutely horrible, but let’s see what the next three predictions produced.
