Round 2

Brevin Jordan, Tight End, Miami (6-4, 245)

Brevin Jordan is an overlooked prospect at tight end in the 2021 draft and he is under the radar in most mock drafts.  The Miami Hurricane star is a solid receiver and he is able to produce big plays on a continual basis.  In fact, Jordan makes them seem quite routine.  His talents will immediately be on display from day one and his impact in the NFL should be long-lasting.

With his prototypical size, explosive abilities, and supreme athleticism, Jordan figures to form a strong duo with current Washington Football Team tight end Logan Thomas.  He has an uncanny ability to gain yardage after most catches, often 10 yards or more.

More from Commanders Draft News

Jordan will help an offense to keep the chains moving on every drive.  His motor is relentless.  His determination is unmatched.  His route running is superb.

The only negative for Jordan is his blocking, but that is a case of grasping at straws.  Jordan is a decent blocking tight end and he is willing to get better.
