Simulating the Washington Football Team’s entire 2021 offseason

The Washington Football Team is getting ready for one of their most exciting offseasons in recent memory. Their future is looking bright after Ron Rivera led them to the playoffs with a 7-9 record in his first year as head coach. Impressively, he did this despite so many issues.

Among them: Washington has to start four different quarterbacks in their 17 games. They started 2-7 but still managed to make a playoff push. And, oh yeah, Rivera managed to battle and beat cancer during the season, too, all while fixing a long-broken culture in Washington.

They managed to succeed. Now, they have to grow.

Of course, the question now is simple:

Over the years, the answer to that question has usually been disappointment, but this new regime is trending in the right direction and with the right moves this offseason, they can transform Washington from an ahead-of-schedule rebuild to a true contender in the NFC.
