Washington Football Team season-closing positives and negatives

The Washington Football Team lost their first round playoff game to Tampa Bay and there are positives and negatives from the game.  We also have positives and negatives from the 2020 season.

Welcome to the final edition of the positives and negatives for the Washington Football Team‘s 2020 season.  We’ll post five positives and negatives for the Tampa Bay playoff game.  There were plenty of both sides to talk about from the Saturday night contest, but our look at the game will be limited.  We’ll also post positives and negatives from the 2020 season – a year that saw plenty of highs and lows.

It is nice to be talking about an NFC East title, but it is difficult to be talking about a playoff loss.  In early November, the talk centered on the likelihood of securing the second or third overall pick in the 2021 NFL draft.  What a difference we were able to witness two months later!  The season abruptly ends and it leaves us wanting so much more, but our attention must migrate to the offseason now and toward a team rebuild that will continue to evolve.

With the 2020 season now in the history books, the “Five and Five” articles will be mothballed in the ever-expanding Riggo’s Rag vault and will return this fall.  Before that vault is closed, it is time to dissect the final game of the season and take a look back on what transpired in each of the games in 2020.  Let’s get right to it!
